Mlekpol demineralized whey powder is produced through evaporating water from whey that has been demineralized before, i.e. has had the level of mineral compounds reduced. Thanks to its high solubility and favourable taste characteristics, it is widely used for producing dairy products and sweets. Available DWP 40% and DWP 50% in packaging of 25 kg. Mlekpol demineralized whey powder should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius and air humidity not higher than 75%.
