Whey Permeate

Whey permeate is produced by the removal of protein and other solids from whey through the process of ultrafiltration resulting in a product with a high concentration of lactose. Whey permeate can be used in production of confectionery, cakes, chocolate, dry blends and fats. It can also be an additive in production of ice cream,  processed cheese, beverages and smoked meat. Available in packaging of 25 kg.
