Whey protein concentrate 80 % (WPC80)

Whey protein concentrate 80 is a product obtained by the separation of the whey protein from the pasteurized liquid whey in the ultrafiltration process so that the finished product contains at least 80% protein. It can be used as a food additive and is a source of nutritional protein for supplementation. WPC 80 is widely applied in diet foods and in sport nutrition products. It can also be a substitute for eggs in many products. WPC 80 is used in the production of bread, baked goods, soups, creams, sauce premixes and in many types of meat.
