Whey protein concentrate is obtained by drying the material resulting from removal of sufficient  non protein components from pasteurized whey, in the process dry mass of the finished product contains
80 % protein .

APPLICATIONS
Substitute of skim milk powder. Used in the production of food concentrates, ice -cream, yoghurt, beverages, meats, supplements and functional foods.
