Skimmed milk powder

Powdered milk contains all the ingredients naturally found in milk, but in larger quantities, which is the result of water evaporation. In the technological process of producing powdered milk, only the water is removed, and the fat content is mainly normalized. Powdered milk is a source of vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium and phosphorus.

Skimmed milk powder is a product obtained from skimmed milk. SMP contains up to 4% water and up to 1.5% milk fat, and the minimum milk protein content is 34%. The shelf life of skimmed milk powder is greater than that of whole milk powder.
