Powdered milk contains all the ingredients naturally found in milk, but in larger quantities, which is the result of water evaporation. In the technological process of producing powdered milk, only the water is removed, and the fat content is mainly normalized. Powdered milk is a source of vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. Whole milk powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized whole milk. WMP contains no less than 95% milk solids (dry matter), and the fat content must not be less than 26%.
